Each season Big Al travels around North America training coaches, managers and parents. To-date, Al has presented training at clinics to over 100,000 people worldwide. His positive approach to the game will help you connect with every player on your team.

Clinics are held in gymnasiums and are broken into 2 training sessions. Both sessions are fun and active so participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, shoes and bring a glove.

TRAINING SESSION #1

For coaches and managers of players 9-12 years old
A hands on training session for anyone working with Minor and Major Division players. Using his ‘TEACH IT - TRY IT - GAME IT' approach, Big Al will get you out on the gym floor and lead you through warm-ups, throwing, catching, fielding ground balls, fly balls, base running, hitting, bunting, pitching and catching behind the plate. Big Al will introduce several drills and a practice planning approach for your complete season.

TRAINING SESSION #2

For coaches and parents of players 5-8 years old
Hands on training for coaches at Tee-ball, Coach-Pitch and Machine-Pitch levels. Big Al will get you out on the gym floor to demonstrate effective ways to teach the fundamental skills of throwing, catching, fielding ground balls, fly balls, base running, pitching and catching positions and hitting live and off a tee.
Throughout the session you will experience Big Al`s complete practice planning approach - your players and their parents will love it!
