Coaches, this is the players' time. I loved getting to the diamond early to greet the players, do some early bird hitting, and then move into their pre-game activities so they're warmed up and ready to play.
Your role is to be supportive, no matter what happens on the field. Your positive approach will help the team perform well and ensure they have fun on game day.

The easiest way to predict whether a team is going to have a positive and successful season is to listen to the expectations of the coach. Here is a way to set goals and expectations that are reachable and focused on developing your players and the team.
