It was founded on a passion for empowering young athletes and creating a fun, positive learning environment. Our organization is led by Al Price (Big Al) and his son Scott Price, who bring a blend of rich experience, dedication, and innovation to our programs.

Al Price has a storied background in baseball, coaching, and education. With experience competing at high levels, Al has also worked with professional teams and is recognized for his deep expertise in skill development, game strategy, and player growth. He has been committed to providing young players and their coaches with resources that foster long-term improvement and a love for the game.

Scott Price complements his father’s experience with a contemporary approach to training and development. As a former player, coach, and educator, Scott brings a fresh perspective to the sport, incorporating innovative techniques and methods that resonate with today’s youth. Together, they have crafted an extensive suite of online training programs, equipping players, coaches, and parents with practical tools to succeed both on and off the field.
